The articles says you can trade great works:
"Each building will provide a theme bonus when filled with the appropriate combination of works from different civilizations and eras. Building sets is facilitated by trading on the world market, creating a metagame that feels a bit like gin."

So it sounds like BNW includes things like religion and espionage, but you won't get the whole G&K expansion, e.g. the new civs and scenarios.
Well if you select first class delivery (which is an extra £2) it says it will arrive on Friday 22nd. Unless I'm mistaken, small items like games and CDs are delivered by Royal Mail, so if for some reason it doesn't arrive on Friday it should arrive on Saturday.
I really hope they add one (or both) of these. It has probably been the most requested feature after replays (which have now been added).
I can't say that this bothers me too much. You're never going to get a unit to be the correct scale compared to a city.
I agree that each civ's troops...
@Arioch - I think the Celt UA on your website is wrong. I think it should be +1 faith per city per turn.
