I'm wanting to add a free promotion for SENTRY to the scout and explorer units, and add the option to all ranged units i.e. archers, longbows, crossbows. I'm having trouble trying to figure out where to place it. Any help would work

Oh I did forget to mention that I'm using a moded version of RevolutionDCM, yes by spies promotions are showing up correctly. I'm using Winmerge to do my editing and I'll try the Caveman2Cosmos XML checker just to make sure. I'll make those changes and let you kno I'm still not quite sure of...

I tried adding that end at the bottom, but BTS crashed when trying to load. I'm including the XML from the mod I'm using RevolutionDCM

It's been a while since I messed with adding things like that, where exactly do I place it " </PromotionInfo> </PromotionInfos> </Civ4PromotionInfos>" that's at the very bottom, do I insert it after the first one or the 2nd

after looking at that that does change for every unit however I'm just wanting to change it for archer class only. Or at least have the promotion for city garrison 1

I'm wanting to add the "Sentry" promotion to all archer (archers, longbow, crossbow), Explorer (scouts and explorers) and have it available after "Combat I" promotion. For some reason I cannot figure that out. What do I need to edit to make that happen? Cripp

that's what I wound up doing and it worked.. So now I'm just going through all the resources to change them. I've been building a mod may stop the RevolutionDCM mod which I really like. Even though I was working on Mad's World it was just getting too far out there. But it is worth checking out...

I managed to find it in the base Civilization 4 assets/XML/terrain but it was not in either of the Beyond The Sword and the mods. But since BTS uses the same resources I just copied that over to my mod. Or could you just send me a copy of yours?

no it's not in that folder, I evensearch the whole computer for that and cannot find it.. Where can Idownload that?
