Ok, I figured out what the problem was ...
I was trying to play with 16 cultures, but it ran out of AI personalities to lead them all (I only had the default 13 AI personalities).
Whenever I try to generate a world using this mod then I am presented with this Exception:

I would love to see a version of General TSO's Really Advanced Setup mod for Civ6. It had the option for choosing all natural wonders (and a lot more).
Terracotta Army gives all units enough XP for next level, but it is ALL units and I don't see any immediate way to restrict that to a single city, buildingtype or unittype/-class.
Cool! Yeah, I see that now - the modifer adds resource generation for a specified amount of a specified resource to any city that meets the requirment of having a specified building. This method should work just nicely! :goodjob:
It is probably best to avoid forcing river names during map generation. Naming is normally added ingame according to which civ discovers the rivers first. The same goes for Deserts, Volcanoes and Mountains (which are all also in the Expansion2_NamedPlaces.xml file).
However, if the civs that you are at war with (or plan to go to war with) is the current Suzerain of the City States you want boosts to your buildings from then becomming the Suzerain of such City States yourself would be required in order to receive those boosts.
And here I thought that this part of the forum was about "How to do stuff" and not so much about engaging in 'version crusades', but on the point of Civ6 being more moddable than ever before then that is simply not true. Civ6 is worse than Civ5 when it comes to what you can do from LUA and worse...
IMO then denouncing a civ should cut their Loyalty influence over your cities in half (or so), but at the same time it would also cut your Loyalty influnce over their cities in half. The same should hold true if war was delcared. The exception to this would be for cities that originally belonged...
Ok, so I stopped slacking and looked through them myself and unless I missed some of them then all the content DLCs have LoadOrder set to either -100 or not at all. All the Scenario DLCs have LoadOrder set to +100 and this kind of makes sense, since you wouldn't want random mods to overwrite the...
I see - that wasn't obvious to me at all, but I tend to agree with you that Article 13 and 11 needs to revised - if not entirely rejected.
It is a vague description at best, but the fact that you don't HAVE to buy from 2K stores directly and that they probably won't get those pieces of personal...
