True. I think I'm just getting screwed by Zones of control...Some cities are very inopportunely placed...This might be solved just with that....don't know yet...feels glitchy..

So this is odd. I'm playing a multiplayer civ II MGE game online...And Though I can see the city of one of the people playing live with me, I can't seem to establish diplomatic contact. I can chat...but not diplomacy...what is going on? Help please? -Daemeon

Hmm. So after having installed the patch (Windows 7 64bit) the length of time between each units moves seems to have increased. I suppose I'm running CIV II MGE V1.0...if I patch to 1.3 think that will help?
