I've played it a bit. It's really a shining example of a remake done right - they retain the core look and game elements with additions mainly being aesthetic or quality of life updates. It's a great single-player package with numerous campaigns to play through and a good AI. Highly recommended...

A religiously minded-counter point would be to say - Morality is objective, it's merely our interpretation of it which has been murky! But yes - I think that I agree, it seems more like morality comes from us and from our natures.

I'd agree that appealing to a diety to answer the question is something of a cop-out. The way that it helps, though, is this: If there's a God, who is incapable of any errors, then Whatever He Says Goes. Just like that! It does solve the problem, but in a cop-out, hands-in-the-air sort of way...

Eventful race today - great result for Sauber and Perez in P2 but really they had the pace to win it.

Massa will be out of Ferrari at the end of the year IMHO, kind of a shame but yeah his performances in the last season or two haven't been great at all.

So frequently the winner of the first race goes on to win the championship - good omen for Jenson Button? I think Red Bull will be more competitive in Malaysia though.

The only new releases I played this year were Crysis 2, Portal 2, Modern Warfare 3; of those I'd say that Portal 2 was the best.

Yeah, I still play Command and Conquer 1 and Red Alert 1 from time to time, although more for the nostalgia factor and the awesome music than for the actual gameplay.

Doom is a good pick - with a port that supports mouse look it's surprising how well it plays today. It's very well paced and the different weapons and enemy types make for decent variety in the combat. Other good ones - Civilization 4, Team Fortress 2, Portal 1, 2, COD4
