City States will propose tasks randomly. I can find the history by F7 (notification history). But the history is too long. Is there easy way to find City States tasks?

Thanks for your answer! I have played CIV4 for several hundred hours in the last 4 years. This Huge Earth Scenario is one of the most interesting scenarios I have played. Hopefully it will not crash in the end.
