Too late, the socialists have won. As much as I think Zapatero's first term has been disappointing, the other guy (Rajoy) is far worse than him, so I welcome his reelection. I hope PP gets the memo.

CiU usually supports whoever wins. However, the PSOE is now governing in Catalonia with CiU's enemies, so either the PSOE looks for other allies, or the catalonian government will fall.

Thanks to Sid's sushi I just won my first domination game on a Terra map. I just colonized the New World with a few cities, spread Sid's Sushi to them and saw how their borders expanded like crazy, quickly covering the entire continent and giving me the extra 20% of landmass I needed to win.

On a somewhat related note, in BTS I miss the slideshow (In the beginning, Earth vas void, etc...)that appeared everytime you started a new game. Is there any way to put it back in BTS?

Does the +4XP bonus provided by West Point apply to all units built by your civilization or only to those built in the West Point city?

Changed castles and citadels so they become available with Feudalism and expire with Liberalism. I have no idea whatsoever of XML editing or programming, so when I saw it worked I felt like some kind of incredibly skilled hacker. :blush: I am now struggling with it to make catapults...

At war, I sent a large stack towards an enemy city and realized that I had forgotten a CrIII Maceman. Instead of waiting and joining him to another stack, I sent him alone. The next turn, an enemy axeman pops out of nowhere and pwns my maceman.

That already exists, it's called Europa Universalis. :p Seriously, what's with all these I WANT MY LAME COUNTRY IN THE GAME!!!!1111!! threads? The game is called Civilization and not United Nations for some reason. IMO there should be less, not more, civilizations in game. Anyway, modding away...
