    IIRC, Master of Mana does not require a "Fall from Heaven" folder but if you are inclined to, try to rename Age of Ice of another folder into Fall from Heaven. Hopefully that will solve the problem.

    Are you playing with Xtended? If yes, try to mod your changes in Assets/Modules/NormalModules/Xtended/XRooster/XROSTER_CIV4CivilizationInfos.xml That file overrides every changes in (base) CIV4CivilizationInfos.xml Or, if you want to create your own module, make a new folder inside...

    I just checked and it's a visual bug on the tooltip. The "+Hills strength" will copy whatever number in front of it. I don't know why. For actual value, hover the mouse over an enemy while pressing ALT. Or, hover on the promotion.

    If I'd take the "lore" explanation, maybe building a Manor will spawn a Vampire. That's a good idea, actually.

    Interesting observation! Do you guys think it is necessary to add a special spell which turn a vampirised Moroi into a full-fledged Vampire (with Childe promotion thus able to access Court promotions)? The spell will require high mana cost (300-ish) to prevent spamming them.

    Svartalfar can build Sniper (unlocked at Crossbows); that is their only archer unit type. You can check their unique units in the Civpedia.

    If it is Energy Lash (granted by Destroyer staff, which is a unique equipment for Bannor/Austrin/Jotnar), it disables 4 units for two rounds. It is similar to Sunlight miracles of Empyrean religion. AFAIK, casting the spell on same targets won't increase the duration (should be 2 turns still)...
