Does Civ4 with C2C works on Windows 10? Because I don't know if I can upgrade Windows from 8.1 to 10.

Well, I just made impossible, porting my nation, from RoM to C2C as possible, so it's just my random happines, nothing about bragging ; ]

This map is good but not perfect ; ] There no Iceland, while Britain is still large with Ireland and many smaller islands found their place. Small earth map I trying to import (and hope I will finish soon) had not such problems. Anyway advantage for resource placement based with new C2C...

All work is done, and my moding skills and my willigness are so great, that I added negative traits to all 4 leaders in Civilization, that I manually added :clap:

I see. I figured out that most easy way is to make custom Civ from scratch by editing one of current ones, by changing graphics files and xml's.
