I found another solution,i didnt find the file you said,i just copied the CIV4GameText_Frozen.xml from the Module folder to the Assets/XML/Text and everything is working now(at least in pedia),I dont know if the copied files in the Text and Module folder will cause trouble though.Thank you very...
