[GS] A great work disappeared, possible to find out where it goes ?

No, it's not a mod issue. I don't use mods myself and I've encountered this problem before (many times and throughout the history of the game).

    double Babylon

That seems correct. Each of your Great Works of Writing generates 2 science. Each Amphitheater holds 2 works of Writing so 2 + 2 = 4 total science for each Amphitheater.

[GS] A great work disappeared, possible to find out where it goes ?

This has been a persistent bug for as long as I can remember. Occasionally, Great Works controlled by AI's will simply disappear, never to be found again. I have no idea why. I've reported this before.

Can't build wonders after razing a city containing them.

Well, a lot of Wonders have been rebuilt after substantial damage or disrepair. The Parthenon, Mahabodhi, Hagia Sophia, Church of the Nativity, and now Notre Dame have been rebuilt. The Great Wall, Oracle, Temple of Solomon, Kong Miao, Dai Miao, and Kashi Vishwanath have been destroyed/rebuilt...

    City-states razing other city-states.

I did this all the time in Civ V. Due to the severe warmonger penalty for wiping out a Civ, you just had to manipulate the situation so an AI or a City State would take the final city of your enemy. As a result, I often fed cities to my City State allies.

How can you tell who has built which wonder?

My experience (throughout multiple versions of Civ VI) is that you are more likely to get notifications of a World Wonder being built if you have the technology to build it yourself. Several times I have NOT gotten notifications of built wonders and every single time I can remember, it happened...

[GS] I need help with Diplomatic Victory

In my last game (before the latest patch), the AI was voting me down when I was at 7 victory points. Although I still had enough Diplomatic Favor to force it through.

Canada and Inca. Best Civs for Diety

AI's seem to favor joint wars (which count as formal wars) as their "surprise" attack. I agree with Ziad, that Canada is still vulnerable as a result.

    Can great works be pillaged?

Have they changed Civ VI so you can conquer Great Works? In earlier versions of the game, Great Works were permanently destroyed if the city was taken. That even applied to Great Works in your Palace / Capital City. They weren't spirited away to your new Palace, they were just gone.

    City state loyalty flips?

I would caution you to use more precise language. Since loyalty is actually a game mechanic and cities do flip ownership, based on your thread title I originally thought this thread was about City States going extinct because they flipped after reaching 0 loyalty. Maybe a better title would be...

Lady of the Reeds and Marshes

Aren't there a bunch of ancient bodies found in bogs that are believed to be human sacrifices? Bogs are close enough to marshes, so maybe the wicked do face a similar fate when they face The Lady....

Lady of the Reeds and Marshes

This pantheon was actually good pre-GS. Desert floodplains produced 3 food and were farmable which made for large cities, so the +1 production per tile could really add up. It is also a hammer or two in desert cities (for oasis). And can situational be good in certain marshes, particularly...

    [R&F] Abu al-Qasim al-Zahrawi - retain or retire?

He's great. My favorite early game scientist. Hypatia, Newton, and Galileo are nice but you can live without them. In fact, in most of the games I get them, I often don't even use them. Hildegaard is nice in theory, but doesn't really have much of an impact. Abu Al Qasim has a powerful...

So let's talk about China then...

I've always liked China, but only for their Leader ability. The extra bonus from Eurekas/Inspirations is uninspiring. I think the Crouching Tiger and Great Wall are terrible. China was decent in Vanilla but has gotten better with each new Ancient/Classical wonder. In R&F they benefited a lot...

    Betrayal Emergency

The reason why this is rare is because it requires an AI civ to establish at least a Level 2 alliance. That can take a long, long time. I played multiple R&F games and the problem is that the game was always over well before the AI was close to getting this alliance level. (Similarly, it took a...
