the ai is good for just learning, that's it ai cheats multiplayer is the only way to go

a PAUSE button would be GREAT ! after a few hours, it would be nice to be able to take a little break for say 5/10 minutes and then continue

if you can't sit and play a 4/5 hour game then you should probably be playing solitare like my mom This is not how you should greet a new member. And it's also not constructive. If you have nothing more to say than some unnecessary provocations, then it's better if you don't post at all.

unfortunately, throughout human history, stealing/kidnapping/capturing opposing/nearby slaves/workers/peoples and subjugating them your every whim/will has been an ugly part of civilizations' past i see nothing wrong with that strategy

when i first get one, i move him to my biggest city and hope he stops another civ from stealing a tech after he levels up once, i move him into an enemy city in hopes he can steal a tech there rarely do i move him directly into an enemy city but sometimes i do depends on the map and...

if i go out on the town for an evening(dinner and a movie), can spend 50-60 bucks easy like to me the whole DLC lot and G&K is way cheaper than a dinner and a movie in my book, that pays for itself in one day cheap, cheap, cheap is what i make of it

the computer cheats i dont mean it as a knock on the programmers but multiplayer is the only way to go IMO look how long it took "them" to program a computer to play chess and then to beat a human being that was a known size and shaped board or "world" and it took a looooooooooong time...

depends on the map, nearby enemies, locations of luxuries, if i'm going for water or inland cities, etc., etc. hardly ever finish a tree many just seem like a waste of culture for what you get generally go for what suits me at the moment and finishing a tree hardly ever fits into that...

yeah, i noticed that too seems like after a turn ends the screen goes to a worker when i'm in the midst of a battle that needs immediate attention workers should be last in the cycle, not first

as with the founding of any city, i try and put it where the eventual city's radius will encompass the most luxuries. i will choose a "new" luxury over a "double" luxury any day i do move the warrior first to try and "see" if founding a city one or two tiles over can "capture" another...

i try and build cities only where there's one or at least 2 luxury resource's also figured out the other day that building a city on a luxury really helps with the +gpt but that's a thread hijack :)

the ai cheats look how long it took "them" to program a computer to beat a human in chess that had a finite "world" very much dislike playing vs the ai don't know why anyone plays vs the computer this game is the best in multiplayer

yeah, i think they get "scared" when they see enemy/barbarians and freeze in place if i was a slave and a barbarian showed up over there, i'd probably stop working too probably hope my master would move me away or kill the threat and put me back to work otherwise i might get captured...
