What victory are you aiming for? Culture and space ship seems hard. With austria and yourself there won't be many city states so a diplo victory might not work. So it's domination?

EU4 might use a new patching system in steam, where you can choose your patch version. Edit: You can still buy from gamersgate - the steam keys.

I'm wondering why there are no more DLCs. There are times when more player play CIV5 than Black Ops 2 (Steam). Shouldn't there be a (large) market for civ5 dlcs?

it's probably the one commercy policy witch gives you additional +2 per luxury. But in the screen it looks like the bonus is applied twice, first in the +6 (4+2) for every luxury and then there is a line "+2 extra happyness per luxury"

Sounds different from http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=464730 I'm not saying all is perfect, but most critics don't have the time to play civ so much that they could tell about AI and so on. I mean, what tells you one match, maybe on low difficult and only played for a few hours...
