Is anyone aware of any DLC that will allow for drawing on the main game view, or planting signs like you could in CIV? I'm finding this one of the most annoying things transitioning to CiV, especially as the distance route-finding is a bit crap...I'd like to be able to place a sign on a hex...

Aah, that makes sense. I was trying to rebase too far...still in CIV mode but this method makes more sense logistically. Can you rebase to puppets/annexed and/or City States that are allies?

Aaaah, didn't know that. I thought if they were a puppet they effectively ran themselves and thus their workers would continue to improve the land as they see fit. I thought you could only make changes to the city and its' grounds if it was annexed. :cry: Feel a plonker!

Without getting into a CIV and CiV slanging match, this is a genuine question to enhance my enjoyment of CiV which has greatly improved with G&K. In CIV, I used to enjoy tweaking and specialising cities. Gold/Science/Production/GP Farms and so on. I don't get the "feel" for doing the same...
