I find the Americans least annoying, they annoy me or fight me the least.
I find the Aztecs are most likely to war me or the Monguls... so I find them more annoying..
No. Win once on any difficulty with every civ. IE: Choose egyptian and win. Choose german and win, etc.
There's an individual one for every civ too....

I think I'll just throw them into any cities that are looking to get a specific resource or that get really large.
I had been including them in my standard build in some of my games until now.
Attacking uses up only one movement for the horses, leaving one to move back into the city?
If you're able to wipe out all the attackers (none others are close), then I guess it doesn't matter. If there are attackers left and you're attacking units remain in the city, then it shouldn't matter...
I'm also assuming on how expansionistic the civ is. A civ that has 15+ cities might space them closer than one that has 5-6.

Yeah but I was referring to regular SP games for the weird no-bonus start.
Game of the Week I expect to have weird things happen, since in essence they are there to switch things up.
