I seem to be having a problem with either v.11 or 12 being installed, using either the civ5 mod ui, or manual download. I've put them in the correct folder. But on install civ5 processes it, then just gives me an empty folder in my docs/games/civ5/mods . this works 4 other mods, i've even moved...

I've found this to be untrue. I've received a War Elephant in the ancient era came in v.handy but i wasn't Siamese. Was a 1-off tho, maybe this was fixed in an update.

Ctrl and Tab together also brings up the quest / message window.
