I found the information I wanted but thanks anyway for answering my question :-)

I was wondering what are the population numbers stand for in matter of actual inhabitants. Is it something like 1 = 1 000 000, 2 = 2 000 000, 3= 3 000 000, etc... If anyone can give me the whole thing (from 1 to 31 along with the population in number) I would really appreciate. Thank in advance !!!
