Nope. Tried that. Installed it under C:\Civ2 , updated to 1.3, applied nocd crack, patched with your patch and ran the game as administrator in windows 95 compatibility mode. Same thing happens. This time none of the video sequences worked. Like the advisors clips and wonders.
