Hardly. But i am a tiny bit 'over vigilant' only this afternoon because I'm at work, in front of the computer, and need some distraction. Don't tell me how long Civ v has been out, Steam still charging $69.99 Australian for it, if i have to pay that price then i should get to have my say!

I don't quite understand why i cannot make a truthful comment on my experience with the game, without all these attacks (with regard to posting, not the opinion itself)? Since when did this forum turn into some kind of 'smile or shut up' thing? Bizzare? And it's not like i go around making...

Do i really need to explain that 'ear blocker' is not 'name calling' ... it is an action, such as running around saying how much you would like to stop people having an opinion? (in terms of what rug you would like them to sweep it under on the forum)

What i think; Civ 5 brings back bombardment from civ3, but with city bombardment, brilliant! tile unit limit was strategically interesting to me for a while but in the end just becomes too much of a chore - heavily dislike. They should grade tile unit limit with map size, the smallest maps...

Ok, played a good go on epic for several weeks and then just gave up, don't think i will be playing it again. I think mostly the unit tile limit although strategically interesting at first, it slowly chipped away at my patience, as time goes by, then at the point in the game where i was ready...

Well personally i have never noticed any problem with buying games over the counter in Australia. The reason is that i always wait for the game to get a bit older and the prices always fall quite dramatically. Right now i can buy Civ v in EB games for $38 dollars, link...

Thanks for the article, but it doesn't appear to apply to Steam? Besides, i have seen Civ v on disk at the shop in Australia for less than AUD $20.00, but i don't want the game on disk, i hate disks.
