I`m a new player of Civ IV BTS and I noticed the "Space race victory", and that you can choose to build 1-5 casings. Does it make a difference if I build one casing instead of 5, and, in that case, what`s the difference?

I suppose it was the easiest way to make sure that someone didn`t steal the Colossus
