How do i get a great work from another CIV without DOW?

Pantheon on turn 10: Celts, this is not true since you can get a ruin to found a pantheon.

so what exact ability of the korea is relate to the RA? i thought they get a tech boost when construct building and wonder?

i do (Thai-Chinese), although most people i know who play CIV are well educated (in term of history and geography)

it is the mod bug, not CiV itself

as a native thai speaker. i think the voice of Ramkhamhaeng has been translated from english dialog. that is why it is sound so wired. but the speaking itself is definitely by native thai.

after d/l the v11 i can no longer puppet conquered city. is this a bug?
