    Great Generals

    I am making slow, steady progress. It is much more diffucult then i imagined. Changing one thing means changing this and that, and most of the stuff in between. The hardest part is getting the game to load the new Great Person and Specialists. But time should clear these peoblems and others up.

    I found that i had to update my drivers, and/or turn the graphics level down to properly run the wonder movies.

    Great people suggession

    The only thing that can be is to have the great people rush buildings in general. No specific building can be told to be hurried. So a scientist could hurry all buildings. But it cannot be narrowed to one building.

    I don't know if I will be able to edit skins, at all.:( And adding a Soldier specialist is not a problem, in fact it is needed to benefit the Generals production.

    Thanks again for the input, so soon. That is a good question about the knowledge, and I am not sure that would work. A Great Person is not an individual unit, it is simply a class of unit with pre-specified unique names in the XML. It would be a tremendous amount of effort and strain to alter 40...

    Why bombers can not re-base on carrier now?

    As we are talking about new planes to augment gameplay, how about the A-10 warthog. Although it is not a bomber, it is a fantastic weapon against armor. Perhaps it could have a bonus when attacking Modern Armor and Mech. Infantry. Just a thought.

    At least someone is finally taking up a project that seems worthwhile. Some of those mods are a little out there.

    A Battletech mod would be fantastic. I am no expert, but I can lend an outside view point, and if you want I'll test the mods as they come. I don't think you can do Battletech without fighting for planets. I don't know how well it would work to control a galaxy and have the game load...

    Terrain Adaption Mod

    If you give one movment bonus on sea squares, does that apply to ALL sea squares? If it does, that makes for some extremly unbalanced naval battles. Please clarify this one for me. :confused:
