Thanks for the Neil, it's getting better. I don't get the error message any longer. However, the game still crashes when I try to load a Botm starting save. :(

Where can I find the asset checker?

I believe I have activated the beta version. This is the error.

So I am still having trouble. :( I have the steam version of BtS running the Buffy mod but I still get an error saying my game won't valid for HoF use or crashes when I try to load a BtS starting save. I might fix my old Win7 machine just so I can play again.

I know this is the wrong thread, but I am tired and lazy, please move where appropriate if necessary. I just "upgraded" to a Win10 machine. My multiple sets of discs no longer work. I repurchased everything on Steam. What I am not sure about are updates that were once upon a time required to...

I was dead by T25. I didn't think they would enter borders that soon and I was wrong.

Dead by T48, didn't get archery done soon enough after no horses or copper, 2 cities fall in 2 turns.

Move the scout to either the hill 2N or the forest 1NE of the settler to see about more seafood and decide from there I guess.

I don't remember the details on not counting new preserves after the countdown starts so I will clearly take your word for it. :) Fire away imo.

I played to the middle of T197. Out of time for a while. Russia is dead and Gandhi is on his heels. Troops everywhere coming off both ends of our island. Autolog and Upload log posted as attachments. The save is here.
