My apologies again, I must have selected Standard Ruleset during game creation.

My apologies for not being clear. I was able to use governors until recently. I have all DLC and updates except the most recent, Gathering Storm.

My apologies if this is in another thread. I performed a search for governor and didn't see anything. I also looked in game and couldn't find anything. I am unable to see or activate the governors. Am I missing something? I am an infrequent player so can't say when this "issue" started, maybe...

I apologize if there is another thread but I am not able to find an answer for my issue. I have completed all 6 space ship components but when I send any of them into my capital there is no option to build only Move Mode, Do Nothing, Sleep or Delete the Unit. Suggestions?
