    BUG for BTS v3.03

You can get all versions of BUG at our Sourceforge site: click (scroll down to the bottom) Version 1.00 was the last one for BtS 3.03.

    Changing Font Style

Did we change the font in BUG? Would be new to me. :dunno: Anyway, Blue Marble comes with a tool to change the font. AFAIR, there is also a standalone version of it, but I can't seem to find it. Edit: The standalone version is called CivScale, but I don't know if it supports BtS.

Dvd version + Steam version + Buffy + Bug. Can I have it all?

I guess, you installed BUFFY into My Documents\My games\Beyond the Sword\Mods or CustomAssets? If that's the case, both the Steam and DVD version share the same folder and therefore utilize the same BUFFY settings. You have to install BUFFY into the Mods folder in each versions' game folder...

    German translations

Thanks. I must have missed that "production queue" string. :) The other one is intentionally empty because it isn't needed in this particular case. The term "Worst Enemy" stretches across two lines while the German term "Erzfeind" only needs one of these lines.

    Translators' Thread

Hmm, that's a problem. Many changes have been made since BAT 2.1. It would spare a ton of work if you could use the files from SVN instead because they are always up to date. That would make it much easier to merge your translations into the repository.

    Translators' Thread

Cool stuff. :goodjob: Oh, and don't bother about the huge text masses in "Strategy1_CIV4GameText.xml", "Strategy2_CIV4GameText.xml" and "TraitsPedia_CIV4GameText.xml". They don't need to be translated. The other files containing option names and their hovers are more important. :D Are you using...

BUG Options button in the top left corner... how do I turn it OFF?

Funny that people were requesting this button for ages and now someone doesn't even want it. :D

    Bull?

See here: click Fun aside; take a look at the Changelog for BULL and decide for yourself, if you need its features: click BULL is simply a DLL addon for BUG which can also be used on its own.

Sorry, my bad. Must have missed that one on the far end of the file. I re-added the tag.

    Question about auto launching BUG

Sure. You just have to add -mod= BUG Mod to the shortcut where BUG Mod must be name of your BUG Mod folder.

    No interface with BAT 1.2

BAT includes BUG and Blue Marble. But BAT also includes BULL (BUG DLL) which requires BtS 3.19 to run. So you shouldn't be able to run BAT in the first place. Strange... :dunno: Did you install BUG as a mod or into CustomAssets?

    XML caching

I might be wrong but, afair, Civ4 always behaves like this, no matter whether it's loaded with or without a mod.

    Questions about The BUG Mod

Do you mean BAT? BUG doesn't change CIV4UnitInfos.xml. :dunno: The files of a mod override the ones in the standard Assets folder. So as long as those files are not part of BUG your (modified) standard ones are used.

BAT, BUG, Blue Marble, & Better AI

Just install BAT and you're good to go. :D It includes BUG and Blue Marble..., and BULL (BUG DLL). Because of the latter you can't use Better AI at the moment as BAI comes with its own DLL. EF is working on a merge but it's currently low priority, afaik.
