Steams already had to change their ToC to comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act here in NZ, so that we can get refunds on anything that doesn't work as expected. That's exactly what they've done. They've released the game in an alpha state, and improving it with free patches. Personally, I haven't bought any early access titles yet. Don't really have time/money for many more games haha.

It's not a moba, it's similar but the game modes are quite different. They're calling it a hero brawler instead. Never got into dota/lol, but I'll probably end up trying this at some point.
