They are meant to be working on it. (its been coming soon since civ4 came out) I hope it comes out soon, although I am not optimistic. If anyone has the skills, they can always do with an extra hand!

I gather from that that the smac project was only started after 3.13 was released a few weeks ago? (if it has started at all?) Can anyone care to confirm?

Newsflash.... directly from Firaxis... Stop crying... They will fix any bugs and release a new patch. Some of you people are babies... I wish some of the mods would really close these sorts of threads down, they are annoying.

You can give cities to vassals using the liberate screen, same as creating a colony, however the city would need to be close to their borders
