Are you looking for the MODS folder via your My Documents? Or via the steam install folder? You need to look for it in your MyDocs not the actual application installation folder. If you don't have it under MyDocuments you'll need to create it manually.

Honestly, I just followed the directions listed above? You need to go to Documents\MyGames\Civ5\MODS\ Then the YNAEMP mod subfolder

Just loaded up the Save game that I had on when the fall patch/bug hit. Works! Now, this is not to say that I might not find other issues... But using the YNAEMP revised DLL provided by whohoward on Hormigas 43 civ map? Spies can be assigned, and trade works.

The map was indeed set up for TSL on BNW. The issue is that the Fall Patch has broken things in various ways, I've noticed strange things even playing 22 civs (ie not using the custom 34 or 43 civ DLL) I'm just guessing but if it was a quick and easy fix I'd have to assume we'd have seen an update.

Or if you don't want to fire subcal, you can train on a virtual facility. No substitute for the real thing but at the end of the day your budget will dictate your training outcomes.

Where'd you get your Mods? Workshop or did you download and install them manually from here?

Other Mods that utilise a custom DLL are also having this Problem... Mods utilising Gedemon's YNAEMP content or Civ IV Diplomacy mod for example.
