Civ 3 Complete Ignores my conquests.ini, refresh problems ensue
I've been looking at a lot of the tech support topics here and many of them involve editing the conquests.ini by adding "KeepRes=1" for resolution and "Refresh=XX" for refresh rates. The problem is that Civ 3 Complete seems to be ignoring all of that. KeepRes=1 causes the program to not run at...- WDot
