    Forgive my ignorance, I'm not Windows guy. I just grabbed git source, installed VS C++ Express 2010 SP1, project file is fine, Makefile is fine as well.     Had that happening to me few months ago. Attached patch should do the trick. It is untested though and as such subject to dev team sign off.
