Hmm. On second thought I think you're right. If some specie or race just naturally dies out, I think the proper term would be "going extinct", or something similar...

Genocide is a pretty active and organised effort at exterminating a race.

As such, it's not genocide if White people don't procreate enough within their own race. It's just inferior genes/culture/whatever.

Before the large non-white immigration into the UK after WW2 many port cities had a non-white population. The foreign sailors would have children with white women. Then their children would have children with the general population and so on. The grandchildren or great grandchildren would often not know that they had non-white ancestors.

I do not think the women who married the foreign sailor’s committed White Genocide.
