Ah, glad this got bumped to the top. I've been meaning to put this one up for El Machinae. This is Deathwalker, a Dilgar from Babylon 5. She developed an immortality serum, which is what makes me think of her when I see El Machinae. Now, to be fair to El Machinae, I'm sure he would never support the methods that Deathwalker used, nor the consequences of the drug.
