Took a quick look, nice work. I do have a couple of questions though.

Why didn't you go the module route for your mod ? it makes more sense as you only have to upload your own content, and it's easier for you to maintain when i update the main mod ^^.

Second question, did you make the 3d art yourself ? i'm in need of people with art skills to do a number of new units for AoE

To be honest this is my first civ mod ever and don't know how to do it as a module lol. Also I originally intended to add upwards of 8-10 civs but stopped at 3 for now, may add the rest eventually I wanted to gauge popularity and opinions on what I have done so far.

As for the 3d art, it was a combination of tweaking what was already in game, ripping 3d models, editing textures, and making some of my own 3d models. I wouldnt call myself an expert but I was able to do most of what I needed. I learned everything about modding civ 4 in the last couple months to make this mod.
