This mod stops deleting of units.
I couldn't find where to change the $ amount for selling units... so this is the next best thing until firaxis fixes the exploits. I haven't tested it in multiplayer.. hoping it works.
Instructions:
Extract to your mods directory, eg:
Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\Mods
Enable it in-game under additional content
