Turmoil: Rebellion.
Changes made in V2:
-Added starting culture and gold that didn't save to the original map file
-Fixed some of the nation leader names
-Added WORLD WONDERS from the previous era
-Instead of the West Empire starting with huge amount of gold, I removed that and gave -them Custom Houses to imitate being regularly funded by the rest of the empire
-Added a readme explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each playable civilization

The rebellion has begun! Many cities across The Empire have risen up and declared independence, but the empire will not have it!
Other nations have formed, and old nations are maturing. Island nations under the economic rule of the Central Trading Company have formed a very formidable new nation. The Meridin Federation is not far from The Empire's technology.
