Some names don't seem to match others stylistically, for example Phalanx being plural (and also just a strange name to use for a generic unit). Some I just plain don't like. Changes are to my preference, but willing to hear suggestions.
Changes below:
Antiquity
Trying to use more neutral terms, precedented by the Heavy Archer
Phalanx > Heavy Spearman
Quadrireme > Heavy Galley
Didn't like that these two were plural, considering changing them to Legionary and Auxiliary, willing to hear opinions. Though I'd be tempted to change Legatus to Legate if I did that.
Legion > Legionarius
Foederati > Foederatus
Exploration
Treasure Fleet > Treasure Ship
Swordsman > Levy (matches thematically with the upgrade to Man-at-Arms, plus some of the models don't use swords)
Gold Bangles Infantry > Gold Bangle Warrior (Infantry feels a little too formal for the era to me)
Modern
Infantry Company > Modern Infantry
Soldaderas > Soldadera
AT Gun > Anti-Tank Gun
