similiar to Making History, a great game if you've never played it, but basiclly cities could have the option of building units/buildings, and coastal cities had the option of building transport units, every 20-30 hammers equaled one transport.

I have the steam version of BTS, and I'm using windows vista, I think those two might me my major problems, but tell me if theres anything else I need to specify on.
