I made a scenario for myself to try. I put out settlers and when I build a city, the population is 1 and there are no pre-built buidlings? Now, without using Scenario, it has population at 4 and pre-built buildings in. Anyway to change this? Much Appreciated!

Well, I make a map, load it in the game by going to Mods>(accept)>Single Player>load my map etc etc When I press Start Game, the sound cuts out and then the window pops up: Sid Meier's Civilization V has stopped working And the options of Debug or Close. I loaded it many times before...
