I staged a coup in Mogadishu. I was not at war with their current ally, but, after my successful coup, instead of allying with me, they joined a civ that I WAS at war with. um...wtf. Anybody seen this before? edit: Mogadishu was at war with Kiev however, and Kiev is my ally.
