What basically happened in both:
-As Persia I got as far as Egypt (having taken Mesopotamia and Palestine) before stopping. Had a few world wonders built. I suppose I should confess that all but the very last of my conquests were done with Immortals.
-As the Inca, I ran into a French...
No one attacked me though! Something else must be to blame!
And...what about my side question?
BTW next game I'm playing will be a Pangaea OCC, since someone at GameFAQs suggested the idea.
I think this game is actually my second earliest victory, with my earliest being in 1896.
I would really like to ask this question. I just now finished my first game of Civ4 since May, with a Diplomatic Victory in 1904. However, I was surprised by how easy it was. To give the assets:
Map Script: Fractal (turned out to be a map with four continents)
Civilization: Sumeria...

As you can see in this bracket, Civ4 is taking center stage in the GameFAQs "Game of the Decade" contest at 12am in a few hours. It has a 10 seed, and its opponent is Persona 3.

EDIT: Nah, forget it. This thread shall be canceled.
Sorry to post here again, but I'm surprised that a link to this list wasn't posted:

Okay, I had a long weekend but didn't feel like uploading screenshots. And it's going to be a while until I feel like doing so.
Therefore this thread gets frozen in limbo.
Yep, nothing coming today. I just forgot. I was playing Ocarina of Time and stuff, anyways.
To give you guys a hint, I was renaming captured cities after video game locations, and one AI capital was indeed renamed "Hyrule." And another one was renamed "Termina."
Lol thanks for posting my pictures! I've still been busy, and updating this topic can take one whole day's worth on a weekend. You can expect more on Saturday, but I'm just 15 years old so I might very well forget.
Of course, if I can go ahead with the "convince my parents to halt school...
Way to bump this old thread! To continue on with what I last suggested in this thread, here are some stupid ideas for new leaders:
Mario (Expansive, Protective) of Rome
Link (Spiritual, Creative) of Celtia
Samus (Aggressive, Financial) of Byzantium
Solid Snake (Financial, Organized) of...
