    You should not be able to Dominate a hero.

    Last game I was playing I managed to dominate both the Baron and the Malakim hero (the super arquebus guy). Both of those seemed rather unfair; especially the racial hero, as not everyone can build him (I am aware that the Baron does not have the hero promotion, but he's still a unique person)...

    Holy Wars (or the lack therof)

    I've had the AI demand a lot of things to end a war, but I've never seen them ask me to change my religion. They will occasionally ask before going to war, but it should at times be one of their demands (or their only demand). Especially for spiritual leaders, and even more so for Hyborem/Basium.

    Perhaps I'm unusual, but I never build catapults or canons. Early in the game you can usually beat the AI to the stooges, or just build a few extra units and then ignore the low defense bonuses. Later on you can use mages, high withdrawal units, or highly promoted city attacking melee units...
