I'm confused. I assume that these are sort of new files previously absent in the original release. However what I find is big pack of python files and no XML within... What have I misunderstood?

Thank you! Of course, feel free to use them in your future mods, that was the main purpose I uploaded those. I'm going to keep them coming in a close future, hopefully they'll find an audience in the mod they were originally intended for (and other mods as well).
