Is there are way/place to download language packs not included in the game. I would like to change the language of my Civ4 game to Japanese (preferably) without buying the Japanese version. Is that possible or will I have to buy it anyways?

The UI isn't showing for me. I have Windows XP Home Edition, BTS v. 3.17, English version. I tried overwriting the .py file-doesn't work...

Relating to this game: The capital seems to be a good production city. I recommend switching civics Bureaucracy & Organized Religion to get a production boost. Then use Crossbowmen to deal with the Phalaxes and Pikemen to deal with the few War Elephants that are there and eliminate him...

Hmm...I gotta watch the power graph, because I'm pretty sure I'm always the lowest or second lowest in power...Is 3-4 troops per city enough though? I understand that border cities need more troops, but I don't want to spend too much money on military if it could be better used elsewhere...

I'm *beginning* to use State Property more... I used to use Free Market nearly every game, but then I found State Property's mantainence bonus more useful, and the extra food to workshops and watermills were great for a riverside production (Ironworks) city, and extra production in general.
