1. Am I the only one who experiences lag spikes every few turns? Is it a game problem or is it graphics card needing upgraded? All of my settings are on low. 2. The world builder wont load for me. It stops at the logo screen. Any help?

Is there a ma editor in Civ4 like there was in civ3? If so how do I get to it.

Playing a game as Portugal, after a swift productive offensive war against Korea, I got an army. I put three veteran swordsmen in, I just got Feudalism, and I was wondering If I could upgrade the swordsmen to Medieval Infantry?
