i'd like to hook onto this thread: is it possible to sell or otherwise get rid of an industry in a city you've bought through auction? sometimes no goods are delivered and i can't get them there, or they don't give profit for ages, so i'd like to sell them again. thanx!
the civ chronicles doesn't have the manual, for some odd reason, but it does contain some reference posters (e.g. tech tree), which i find pretty handy sometimes, even though warlords and bts have altered the tree a bit.
so, i wonder, how often do you check your cities, and adjust the parameters? in just a couple of turns a lot can happen, and i feel i have to check my cities nearly every turn once i get to mid-game.
i agree: i'd prefer symbols too. but hey, that's just me, and i realise that others might prefer something else!
your booklet has helped me heaps in my game. the next ass i whoop is dedicated to you. thanks man.
hello! first played civ 2 on my brothers 486, and i was hooked ever since. i play a couple of games every month, sometimes a little more which instantly scares the mrs into a big tiff. only a few weeks ago she said: "either civ out the door, or i go". i still miss her sometimes.
