    How to get the Steam Uploader to delete obsolete files?

    So my directory structure for my mod has changed, and when I delete the old stuff out of my mod folder and upload, it just adds the new stuff to the old and repopulates my mod folder with the junk I deleted. Anyone know how to fix that?

    Progress trees should definately be merged

    After a game under my belt, I'm finding the two tech trees to be extremely linear. I think this aspect of the game would be much improved if they were merged and cross dependent. Do any of you see an advantage to having separate civic and technology trees?
