It only happens later in the game. I can always (so far) restore the last save with no issues. The game seems to get progressively slower after each "reload" so it seems memory is being increasingly eaten as the turns advance. I just finished a complete game and I would say the crash happened...

BUG was the only mod I was using. My system info is: XP Intel 3.6 GHz 2046 MB RAM GeForce 7950 GT 250 MB Nothing spectacular, and the game has always slowed at times, but I never got the memory error. Thanks.

Thanks for your responses - it is working now. I love the mod package. The only problem is that I am getting "bad allocation" errors, which never happened prior. But I can reload the game and continue. Thanks.

I should have clarified I did enable the dot map option in options screen - they just don't appear.

I installed 3.6 and it seems to interface fine, but I can't figure out how to engage "dot map." One thread said "Control X" but that does nothing. I see nothing about a dot map addon included in the 3.6 documentation but threads have indicated it is. Sorry if it's a dumb question - tried to...
