The only trouble with the gametext file is that it seems like I have to modify three different files to get all the civs, one for vanilla, warlords, and bts each. Can I merge these? And if so, how do I "tell" the game which gametext file to check? Thanks!

I want to change the names of the civilizations in game to something else, but I'm not sure which file to use. Is it better to modify the gametext_objects file or the civilizationinfos file? Also, out of curiosity, why is one better than the other? I'm also planning on modifying leader names...
