    Is there any easy way to add mines?

    See title. I guess it could be made as an improvement by worker/workboat. This improvement would cause permanent damage for enemies until they pillage it. What do you think? It is possible to add such an improvement and teach AI to use it? Is it easy (as I know nothing about modding)?

    Is there any map to evade overexpanding?

    As I understand, RFC checks civilizations on where they build their cities. If one is in historical territory - everything is okay, since one is out of it - you get stability hit. Right? So is there any map to control expanding? Something like "This tile is okay... Oh, I won't build city there...
