I'll often move my capital if I have a brown, plain ridden start. Its better suited next to some riverside grassland and whatnot.

I like your city to the north, however due to my CE geared play and bureaucracy capital, I will let my capital work the commerce of the wine and one of my gold cities with the sheep. I am going to settle a city south of the capital and borrow one of the fish (Horses/Fish/Deer), however.

I think you will find the land a little tough for an EE early in the game, imo.
